Scope of policy application Due to the special nature of lighting fixtures products (customization, fragility, hygiene and safety, etc.), we currently do not support no-reason returns or refunds, including but not limited to the following situations: The product has been unsealed, installed or used. Personal subjective reasons for non-quality issues (such as color and size not meeting expectations); Logistics issues caused by customers providing incorrect addresses or failing to sign for delivery in a timely manner.
Handling of exceptional cases If the goods are damaged during transportation or have quality problems at the factory, please provide the following materials to the customer service email withture@miclightings.com within 24 hours after signing for receipt: Order number and problem description; Clear photos or videos of damaged or defective goods; Logistics receipt certificate. We will verify and then provide you with exchange or repair services (excluding round-trip shipping fees).
Precautions Customized lighting fixtures (such as engraved ones and those of special sizes) cannot be cancelled once they are ordered for production. The promotional/clearance product pages will be additionally marked with the “Final Sale” label. Such orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. It is recommended to inspect the goods on the spot when signing for them. In case of any abnormal situation, please request the logistics provider to issue a written certificate.
