Shipping region and delivery time Shipment location: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Germany and enjoy standardized logistics services within the European Union. Processing time: Orders will be prepared and dispatched within 15 to 30 working days after payment confirmation. Transportation timeliness Within Germany: 3-5 working days Other EU countries: 5-10 working days Non-eu countries: 10-20 working days (may be affected by customs)
Freight calculation Within Germany: Free shipping for orders over €50, and a standard shipping fee of €4.99 will be charged for orders less than €50. Eu countries: Freight charges are automatically calculated by weight/volume, and the specific amount is displayed at checkout. Logistics tracking and notification After shipment, you will receive an email with the logistics tracking number, which can be tracked in real time through the DHL/DPD official website. If you do not receive shipping notice within 30 days, please contact withture@miclightings.com in time.
Customs and Taxes No additional tariffs are required for orders within the European Union. For non-EU countries (such as the United Kingdom and Switzerland), customs duties/value-added tax shall be borne by the buyer. It is recommended to check local policies before placing an order.
Delay and After-sales Service In case of delays caused by force majeure (such as weather, strikes, etc.), we will proactively update by email. If the goods are damaged during transportation, please provide photo evidence within 48 hours after signing for them. We will reissue or refund them free of charge. Need help?
